Q&A with Sales Coordinator Don Condon

“Where there’s a will, there’s a way,” says Don Condon. He keeps us all smiling with his amiable attitude. And he’s all about meeting customers’ needs and thinking outside the box.

If you ask Don Condon how he’s doing on any given day, his standard answer is, “Couldn’t be better!” He’s cheerful coming in the door each morning and he’s just as cheerful when he goes home at night.

“Donnie has great rapport with his customers. And he is always willing to help out when people are out of the office by speaking with customers and placing orders.” That’s how one of his long-time co-workers, Andrea Philbrick, describes Don Condon.

In a nutshell, Andrea says, “Donnie loves his family and is a loyal friend.”

On top of his role as a Sales Coordinator, Don also works as a liaison between Amherst Label’s production departments and Sales. He understands the inner workings of both areas and knows ways to balance production requirements with customer needs.
