Amherst Label’s … expertise in labeling requirements are ideal for start-ups and new product lines.
Dawn W. Mahoney, Sales Manager at Amherst Label Inc., was elected in July to the board of trustees for New Hampshire Made, the State’s nonprofit identity and marketing program.
“I’m honored to be asked and excited to be on the board,” says Mahoney, who was described by NH Made management as a very engaged member. “I’m all for working together toward a common goal—promoting the quality and craftsmanship that we have in NH— and have always believed ‘a rising tide lifts all boats.’ ”
Amherst Label, as a NH manufacturer of custom labels, decals, tags and flexible packaging, offers the product labeling NH Made members need for specialty foods, nutraceuticals, crafts, wine, beer and other beverages. Amherst Label’s in-house design services, triple tech approach to printing (digital, flexography and screen-print), and expertise in labeling requirements are ideal for start-ups and new product lines. Mahoney says she has enjoyed working with many NH Made customers over the years, member-to-member.
Dawn earned a BA in English and Communications from Rivier University in Nashua. She is a former board member of NH Merchantile and a past president of the Wilton/Lyndeborough Women’s Club. She belongs to the Rivier University Alumni Association, National Professional Women’s Association, and the Milford High School Career and Workforce Development Committee. In addition to supporting NH businesses, Dawn is a member of Vermont Specialty Food Association and works closely with customers in her home state of Maine as well.
Dawn and her husband Dan, who have a grown son, reside in Lyndeborough, NH, where she pursues her interests in poetry, sandwich sets, antique ladders and trivia contests.
